SilaiNow helps you book tailoring services such as stitching, alterations, redesign, pickup, and delivery. Appointment times and delivery estimates are best-effort and may change due to availability, location, or operational constraints.
- Please keep garments ready for pickup and provide access details if needed.
- Measurements shared by you should be accurate; fit outcomes depend on the inputs provided.
3) Pricing, Wallet & Payments
Prices may vary by service, garment type, complexity, and location. You agree to pay applicable charges, including taxes and delivery fees (if any).
- Wallet credits, bonuses, and promotional offers may have expiry or usage limits.
- We may update pricing and offers at any time; the price at checkout applies to your booking.
4) Referrals & Promotions
Referral rewards and signup bonuses are promotional benefits. Eligibility, amounts, and conditions may change and can be limited to prevent misuse.
5) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. Refunds (if any) depend on service stage, materials used, and partner costs. If you face an issue with a delivered service, contact support promptly.
6) Intellectual Property
The Services, branding, and content are owned by SilaiNow or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services except as allowed by law.
7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilaiNow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data.
